The remaining balance is due before pickup.
Cutting and wrapping is handled through our trusted local butcher and paid separately.
Typical take-home amounts:
Whole beef: ~425–450 lbs
Half beef: ~210–230 lbs
Quarter beef: ~100–120 lbs
We only raise a limited number each year, and our beef sells out fast.
All beef and pork are sold by hanging weight. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable, remaining balance due prior to processing. Processing, cutting, and wrapping fees are paid directly to the processor. Customers must submit a cut sheet by the processor deadline; standard cuts used if not received. Pricing may change until deposit is received. We are not responsible for changes in final weight due to processing, trimming, or yield variations.
