To ensure a variety of cuts we encourage customers to partner with friends and family to purchase the largest share possible. Our price per pound is based on hanging weight of animal. Because animals differ in size we can only give you an approximation of weight to determine your total price.
The price is decided based on hanging weight of animal divided by your share, plus:
cut and wrap fees
slaughter fee
delivery (can be negotiated)
Currently our pork is processed at Mountain Valley Meat Service in Parkdale, Oregon.
